The four things everyone asks first
What if I travel for a week?
Pause the plan the moment you know. Paused days are not lost and not refunded into thin air — they stay in your tiffin balance and your cycle end date moves forward by exactly that many days.
What if I just don't want tomorrow's tiffin?
Skip it from your plan screen before 10 AM for lunch and before 5 PM for dinner. That meal goes back into your balance. No call, no argument, no charge.
Won't I get bored of the same food?
The sabzi rotates through the week — paneer, chole, rajma, bhindi, kadhi, lauki, seasonal greens — and dal, rice and rotis stay constant because that is the part people want every day. You can also ask for less oil, less masala or extra rotis at no cost.
Is there a lock-in or a joining fee?
None. No joining fee, no deposit, no notice period. Pay for one cycle, and if you stop at the end of it nothing further is charged. That is also why we would rather you start with one trial tiffin than a month you are unsure about.

Yes. Pause the whole plan any time you are away, or skip a single meal before 10 AM for lunch and 5 PM for dinner. Skipped and paused meals stay in your balance and extend the end of your cycle — you never pay for food you did not take.
Is there a lock-in, deposit or joining fee for the monthly plan?+
No lock-in, no deposit, no joining fee. You pay for one cycle at a time. Most people start with the ₹99 trial tiffin first and only then book the month.
What is included in the monthly tiffin price?+
One seasonal sabzi, dal tadka, four hot rotis, rice, salad, achaar and raita in every lunch and dinner tiffin. Breakfast plates are paratha, poha, chole bhature or puri sabzi style with chai. Nothing on that list is billed as an add-on.
Is delivery included in the monthly price?+
Delivery is free within 3 km of our Faizullaganj kitchen. Between 3 km and 7 km it is ₹3.54/km, shown as a separate line so you can see exactly what it adds. Beyond 7 km we do not deliver — the food would not reach you hot.
Can I pay monthly by UPI?+
Yes — UPI or cash. Payment is for one cycle; we do not set up an auto-debit mandate on your account.
Is the monthly tiffin pure vegetarian?+
Yes. The kitchen is 100% pure-vegetarian, so there is no shared oil, pan or board. No onion or garlic on request, at no extra charge.
