Tiffin service near Integral University Lucknow — FAQs
Do you deliver tiffin near Integral University Lucknow?+
Yes — hostels, PGs and shared flats around Integral University, Kursi Road and Dasauli. The kitchen is in Faizullaganj, inside our 7 km delivery limit, so the run is short and the tiffin arrives hot.
Do you deliver near Lucknow University too?+
Yes — Lucknow University (Hasanganj) is inside our free-delivery radius; see our Lucknow University page. We deliver up to 7 km from the Faizullaganj kitchen, which also covers Aliganj, Mahanagar, Daliganj and the Sitapur Road / IIM Road student belt. Send us your hostel or PG address on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away whether it is inside the range.
Is there a PG tiffin service — can my whole PG order together?+
Yes. For 10 or more tiffins on one PG address we fix one slot, one rider and one contact, and there are bulk rates. It is the cheapest way for a floor of students to eat.
How much does a student tiffin cost per month?+
Monthly lunch is ₹3,071 (₹3,450 before the monthly discount), monthly lunch + dinner is ₹5,207 (₹5,850 before the monthly discount), and every monthly plan includes 1 tiffin free. Per meal it is ₹115 for lunch or dinner.
What if I have late labs or classes shift?+
Lunch runs 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM and dinner 7:00 – 10:00 PM, and you pick your slot inside that. Tell us the night before if a lab runs late and we move your slot for that day.
What happens during exams and when I go home?+
Exam weeks are when the plan pays off — the tiffin just arrives, so you are not deciding what to eat at 9 PM. Going home for a few days? Skip lunch before 10 AM or dinner before 5 PM and those tiffins stay in your balance for the end of the cycle.
Can I try one tiffin before committing my month's budget?+
Yes — your first tiffin is ₹99. Most students take a lunch trial and move to a monthly lunch or lunch+dinner plan in the same week.
Is it cheaper than hostel mess or ordering on apps?+
Lunch is ₹115 with no delivery fee inside 3 km, against ₹150–₹250 a meal on delivery apps once fees and surge are added. And unlike a fixed mess fee, days you skip are not money lost.
Is it pure-veg?+
The whole kitchen is pure-vegetarian. Less oil, no-spice and no onion-garlic are all available on request at no extra charge.
Can I take dinner only, or breakfast only?+
Yes — any single meal works as a plan. Dinner only is ₹115 a tiffin, breakfast only is ₹95, and you can add a second meal later without starting a new plan.
Is your student mess open now — how late can I order?+
Kitchen hours are 8 AM to 10 PM, all 7 days. Order by 12:30 PM for lunch today and by 7:30 PM for dinner tonight; after that we put you in the next slot instead of promising something we cannot cook in time.
Do you deliver inside the hostel or only to the gate?+
Up to the gate or the reception desk, whichever your hostel allows, and the rider calls you when he is there. In PGs and flats it comes to your door.
