The thali rotates through chole, rajma, kadhi pakora, paneer, bhindi and seasonal sabzi, with dal, rotis, rice, salad and pickle every day. The exact sabzi depends on what the morning market has, so we publish the rotation rather than a locked chart — and Sunday can be a special thali on request.
