Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Inform us before 10:00 AM on the day of delivery, through the app, WhatsApp or a phone call.
• The tiffin is not cooked and the unit is credited back to your tiffin balance, which extends your cycle end date by that many days.
• After 10:00 AM the food is already cooked and packed, so the tiffin is counted as delivered and cannot be credited.

You can pause at any time for any number of days. Paused days are not charged and are added to the end of your cycle. Pausing does not expire your remaining tiffins.

• There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
• If you stop mid-cycle, tiffins already delivered are charged at the rate of the plan you were on. The value of undelivered tiffins is refunded, or held as credit if you prefer.
• Any discount that applied only because of the longer plan length is adjusted out of the refund calculation, and we show you that working before refunding.

Tell us on the same day, ideally within two hours of delivery, and send a photo if you can. If a tiffin arrives missing an item, spilled, cold or clearly not up to standard, we will at our discretion replace it on the next delivery, credit the tiffin back to your balance, or refund it.

If we cannot deliver because of a kitchen problem, weather or any reason on our side, that tiffin is fully credited or refunded. If we cannot hand over the tiffin because nobody was reachable at the address, it is counted as delivered.

Bulk and catering orders are cooked to a confirmed headcount, so cancellation terms are set in the written quotation for that order. As a general rule, cancellations more than 48 hours before the event are refunded in full less any ingredient cost already committed; inside 24 hours the order is not refundable.

Refunds go back to the same method you paid with. UPI refunds are usually initiated within 3 working days and reach you within 5 to 7 working days. Cash payments are refunded by UPI to the number on the order.
