Privacy Policy
We collect the smallest amount of information needed to cook your tiffin and put it in your hands. This page explains exactly what that is.

1. What we collect
- Contact details — name, phone number, and email if you give one.
- Delivery address — the address you type, and the map pin coordinates if you place one, which we use to compute distance from the kitchen.
- Order data — meals ordered, skips, subscription cycle, delivery notes and dietary preferences.
- Account data — login email and authentication records if you create an account.
- Basic technical data — device and browser information in server logs, used for security and debugging.
We do not collect card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
2. Why we use it
- To cook, pack, route and deliver your order.
- To calculate delivery distance and any delivery charge.
- To contact you about your order, usually by phone or WhatsApp.
- To keep records for accounting and food-safety traceability.
We only send you offers or menu updates if you have asked for them, and every such message includes a way to stop them.
3. Who sees it
Inside the business, only the kitchen team, the delivery partner assigned to your order, and the owner. Delivery partners see only the name, phone number and address needed for their own drops.
We also rely on service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Our hosting and database provider, for storing orders and account data.
- A map and geocoding provider, to turn an address into a location pin.
- A payment gateway, once enabled, which handles payment data under its own policy.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account and address data is kept while your account is active; if you ask us to delete it, we remove it within 30 days apart from records we are legally required to retain.
5. Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and address data.
- Withdraw consent for promotional messages at any time.

6. Security and cookies
The site is served over HTTPS and database access is restricted per user. We use cookies and local browser storage only to keep you signed in and to remember your cart — not for third-party advertising.
