Delivery Policy

• Breakfast — 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• Lunch — 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
• Dinner — 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Your exact drop time inside the window depends on where you fall on the route that day. Regular subscribers usually settle into a consistent time within the first week.

We deliver within our service radius measured from our kitchen at Hanumant Puram 2nd, Faizullaganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The area covers Faizullaganj and the nearby localities along Sitapur Road and IIM Road, including Jankipuram, Mahanagar, Aliganj, Kapoorthala, Vikas Nagar and Indira Nagar. If your pin is outside the radius, the app will tell you at checkout, and you can still call us — we sometimes extend the route.

Delivery is free within 3 km of the kitchen. Beyond that we add a distance-based delivery charge, calculated from the map pin on your order and always shown as its own line item before you confirm. There are no hidden packaging or handling fees.

• New orders and changes for the same day must reach us before 10:00 AM.
• Same-day orders after that are accepted only if the kitchen still has capacity.
• Skips and pauses also follow the 10:00 AM cut-off — see our refund and cancellation policy.

Please keep the phone number on your order reachable during the delivery window. Our partner will call on arrival. If nobody responds, they wait a short while, then move on with the route and the tiffin is counted as delivered. Leaving food at a gate or with a guard is done only when you have asked us to, and at your own risk.

Food travels in sealed, food-grade containers in insulated carriers from a purely vegetarian kitchen operating under FSSAI registration no. 22726739001176. Please eat within four hours of delivery, and refrigerate if you cannot.

Heavy rain, road closures, festivals and processions can push a route late. We will message you if your window slips materially. If we fail to deliver a tiffin for a reason on our side, it is credited or refunded as set out in the refund policy.
